There is a lot here! And 20 weeks is a big commitment. Kudos to you to for dedicating yourself to 5 months of consistent meditation.
ALSO: There is zero expectation that you should “keep up” week over week, and every one of the recordings can be taken at your own pace — including the recording of our LIVE Monday meditation practice.

This course was designed to introduce newcomers, and help deepen the technique of seasoned meditators, alike.

Great question! One of the biggest standouts of this program is that you are you’ll be joining a like-minded community of fellow meditators ie: you won’t be doing this alone. The weekly flow was designed with multiple opportunities to connect with one another, from our LIVE weekly practice sessions to our Monthly Meetups.
This course is also taught to help you understand how all 20 of these meditation practices relate to one another. It’s a progressive path, rather than one-off practices all lumped together.
And of course like everything that I teach, each of these meditations is rooted in traditional Buddhist teachings. Nothing I offer was just made up recently. It’s time tested and rooted in lineage. I just help make it accessible to your everyday life.
