FOR NEW TO INTERMEDIATE MEDITATORS
January 1st-31st
Entirely free, entirely fun.
January - June
This is the big program for the first half of 2025! Not to be missed!
Many of us carry an inner voice whispering, “You’re not good enough.”
Meditation offers a profound antidote: a connection to what’s called basic goodness—a sense of being whole, inherently worthy, and, yes, enough, just as we are. This isn’t exclusive to Buddhism; it’s a universal human experience. When we recognize our basic goodness, we can root our lives in a deep sense of worthiness and stop chasing happiness outside of ourselves.
You don’t need fixing—you need to awaken to your own basic goodness.
The Progressive Stages of Meditation
February - June
20 meditation techniques offered over 20 weeks so you can learn all of Buddhist meditation
Starts February 18th
Over six weeks together you and 9 other colleagues will study the art of spiritual writing with Lodro Rinzler, who has been creating spiritual writing for major publications for the last 15 years.
FOR MORE EXPERIENCED MEDITATORS
The Words That Lead to Enlightenment
February 25th - April 29th
In this course we will work our way through the 19th century text by Patrul Rinpoche: The Words of My Perfect Teacher, a "detailed guide to the methods by which an ordinary person can transform his or her consciousness and set off on the path to Buddhahood."
Intended for those with a familiarity in Buddhism and seeking a path for deeper study, each session is one half commentary by Lodro/guided contemplations on the key points, and one half small group discussion on how to integrate these ancient teachings into our modern life. Part class, part discussion group, this is a chance for a small number of students to go deep in their studies.
