Join in Genuine Being, an immersive meditation program meticulously designed to guide you towards your true self, your innate and basic goodness.

In the hustle and bustle of modern life, we often find ourselves disconnected from our authentic essence – that core of peace, wholeness and feeling of being enough, as we are.

Too often we've been told that we need something outside of ourselves to feel whole and complete. In five weeks you will discover that you've had what you need inside you all along.

We are living in uncertain, aggressive times and it sometimes feels hard to see the goodness in it.

Over five weeks online we will explore meditation for contacting our peaceful abiding nature and how we can get out of our own heads long enough to discover basic goodness in ourselves. From there we begin to view the goodness in the world around us and approach our lives not from a place of poverty mentality or fear but from a place of wakefulness.

Guided by Wisdom, Rooted in Tradition

Led by best-selling author and long-time Buddhist teacher Lodro Rinzler, this course draws from ancient wisdom and modern psychology to create a holistic meditation experience that resonates with your contemporary life.

Whether you're a seasoned meditator or just beginning your exploration, our program welcomes all, offering a safe and inclusive environment.

“For the four years I've been studying with Lodro, he always pushes me towards more compassion and sensitivity for myself and others. In his teaching, Lodro consistently provides the perfect mix of traditional wisdom and contemporary experience, showing that what we think are our oh-so-modern problems are really pretty much the same as the ones humans have always been encountering.”
