Can 1 Day

Transform Your Life?

let’s find out together

Join Buddhist teacher Lodro Rinzler for a daylong online meditation retreat where we'll delve into the teachings of the six paramitas, or "perfections," of Buddhism. This retreat is designed for students of all levels, whether you're new to meditation or have years of experience.

Over the course of the day, we'll explore the six paramitas in depth: generosity, ethics, patience, effort, concentration, and wisdom. Through a series of guided meditations, discussions, and exercises, you'll have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of each paramita and how it relates to your daily life.

Here's what you can expect from the day:

  • A welcoming and supportive environment where you can connect with other students and learn from experienced an meditation teacher

  • Guided meditations designed to cultivate each of the six paramitas (don’t worry! The longest sit is a half hour)

  • Talks designed to help you understand how best to connect to your own basic goodness

  • Group discussions to share insights and reflections with other students

  • Opportunities to ask questions and receive personalized guidance from Lodro

  • Tips and techniques for incorporating the six paramitas into your daily life

By the end of the day, you'll have a deeper understanding of the six paramitas and how they can help you cultivate greater peace, clarity, and wisdom in your life. You'll also have the tools and techniques to continue exploring these teachings on your own.

This retreat is open to students of all backgrounds and experience levels. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or just starting out on your spiritual journey, we welcome you to join us for a day of learning, reflection, and inner exploration.

“For the four years I've been studying with Lodro, he always pushes me towards more compassion and sensitivity for myself and others. In his teaching, Lodro consistently provides the perfect mix of traditional wisdom and contemporary experience, showing that what we think are our oh-so-modern problems are really pretty much the same as the ones humans have always been encountering.”
