MONTH OF MINDFULNESS
January 1st - 31st we will meditate every. day. together.
Every Thursday: you learn a new meditation in a pre-recorded talk you can watch at your own pace
Every Monday and Wednesday: You can ask questions and meditate live and online with community
Each day in between: you get a short mindful prompt with words of wisdom to integrate mindfulness into your everyday life.
This year we welcome guest teachers Adreanna Limbach, Sara Shah, Katy Romita, Becca Garcia-Larson, Kristy Weidner and Davesh Shah leading live meditations.
Note: live meditations take place on Zoom Mondays 8:00-8:30am and Wednesdays 11:00-11:30am EST

This document is a correspondence between you + Lodro, allowing you to log your daily meditation practice, ask questions and get feedback.
All participants are invited to join an Accountability Squad
Be introduced to a group of friends who ping each other daily about their sits (totally optional)
This course also serves as the kick off entry point for the Year to Wake Up, Lodro’s 2026 teaching cycle
